Shipping
Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. We use many methods including: semi-trucks, rail, airline, and ocean cargo ships.
Can you assist from start to finish so I do not have to see or touch my freight?
Yes, we can assist from the initial product pick up from the supplier to storage at our facility, and order fulfillment direct to consumer without you ever seeing the product.
Do you move oversize/overweight shipments?
Yes, we handle these shipments from start to finish. We will have the correct equipment to move the oversize commodity, we handle permitting, pilot cars, escorts, and routing.
Warehousing
Are there pallet minimums?
No, there are no minimums. You can store as little as one box at a time with us.
Are there storage minimums or maximums on times?
No there are no minimums or maximums. We’ve had pallets in storage for as little as one hour awaiting another truck to come in and pick it up.
Are you a food grade warehouse?
Yes, we are USDA registered and abide by all USDA food grade warehousing guidelines.
Can I drop a trailer at your facility?
Yes. We allow trailers to be dropped in doors for loading and unloading. We also allow trailers to be dropped at our distribution center for periods of time.
Do you load/unload equipment that is not dock friendly?
Yes. We load all dock-friendly equipment and also non dock friendly including sprinters, non-dock height box trucks, flatbeds, hotshots, low boys.
Do you accept floor loaded shipments?
Yes. Floor-loaded shipments of all commodities.
Distribution & Logistics
Do you palletize floor loaded shipments?
Yes. We are able to palletize floor-loaded shipments and wrap the pallets to prepare them for distribution.
Do you process returns and/or rejections?
Yes. This is a part of our reverse logistics services. Including inspections of returns, repacking of returns, dump and destroy of returns.
How do you keep track of inventory?
We use warehouse management software to keep track of inventory at our customer’s discretion.
Can you use my packaging to ship my products to consumers?
Yes, you can provide your own packaging for us to use to ship your products.
Do you handle oversize products?
Yes. Products/pallets do not have to be standard size (48×48) for us to handle.
Do you handle kickstarter fulfillment?
Yes. We can lead our kickstarter the entire way. From picking up the container at the port to unloading at our facility and repacking/labeling/inventory of 10,000 pieces. Kickstarters come to us with great ideas in mind, but don’t know where to start. Simply get us in touch with your supplier (wherever they are worldwide) and we will arrange freight to our facility.
Do you handle subscription box fulfillment?
Yes. We assist with inventory, kitting, packaging, shipping, and returns.
Do you handle FBA fulfillment?
Yes. We also protect our customers from the costly/unexpected Amazon fees.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24/7 by phone. Pick-ups and deliveries outside of 6am-6pm need to be scheduled by appt. Any pick-ups and deliveries outside of 6a-6p are subject to an after-hours fee.
How do I set up an account?
Call, email, or fill out our web form to request account setup docs. We can quickly get accounts set up for customers with short notice. All accounts are set up same day if needed.
